We contacted Eric after seeing his sign in the neighborhood. He came over to look at our job. It was to remove a set of outdoor stairs with a platform and erect a new set of stairs to the local building code. He presented us with a formal contract that included all permits and removal of debris. The new stairs which are eleven feet from ground to the second floor of the home, look great. They are sturdy and well built, exceeding the local building codes.
We had a great experience working with Eric. Other contractors said that our remodel would be 2x our budget; but Eric understood our budget limitations and right-sized the project to meet our needs. Communication was excellent throughout the entire project—he responded quickly and professionally to questions. The project stayed within the agreed-upon budget with no surprises, which we really appreciated. Eric is honest, reliable, and a great partner any home improvement project.
