“We used Charlie Allen Renovations to transform our kitchen and bathroom in our 1920's condo. I can't even begin to say how incredible the CAR team was to work with. Every person we worked with shared their expertise in historical renovation. They were patient and attentive to our every need. After listening carefully to the way we entertain and cook and what we value in our kitchen they worked with an architect and presented us with 5 different options to change our small kitchen. We took a wall down and opened up our space - it's incredible - more counter space and cabinets. It's beautiful. We gutted our bathroom and put in a walk in shower and tile throughout. It's elegant and like being in a spa. Our meetings were fun, focused, and productive. The project designer walked us through the selections and set us up with local vendors who were terrific to work with. We knew exactly what we were going to spend and the time line before the construction started. Our project manager was so great to work with and talented. In addition to organizing the project he did much of the carpentry work. He was attentive to every detail. I came up with new ideas for us which we loved.
