This salon has great atmosphere. Very pretty and clean establishment. However I wonder how how many of their stylist are licensed hairstylist/cosmetologist. One of their stylists did not know how to correctly trim my friends hair and they BEWARE they charge $30 for an inadequate trim.

I had an excellent experience at this facility. The wait was about 45 minutes, which is reasonable, especially considering my situation wasn't urgent. They seemed to be moving through people at a good pace. I had a blockage in my ear that they were able to diagnose right away. They handled it right away too, and as quickly as possible. They were very polite and I had two nurses and a doctor check on me. I got all fixed up and on my way. I will certainly go again if the need arises.
Awesome spot! Been 2x so far. Great place to unwind & relax. Super clean and a step back in time. Nothing too basic and nothing too fancy. Gene at the desk is 5 stars, super nice. If you’re body conscious it’s probably not the place for you, just stop being afraid of human bodies! Jumping between the steam & sauna does wonders for the body with cold shower in between!

I am so happy with the support I received from Chelsea Clock Co. I sent in a vintage Chelsea Clock from 1967 that finally died in 2022 after continuous operation with zero maintenance. That’s 55 years. While it did take about ~$800 and roughly 4 months from my initial email to getting my clock back…however, the time and cost was made very evident throughout all of our conversations. The clock has been returned and is beautiful with an exceptionally smooth function. I even received a new Chelsea Key, so that made my day. I big thank you to the amazing techs and support staff up in Chelsea!!!

Jay the piercer was so kind to me and my friend as it was our first time getting a piercing (we got a nose piercing) all of the equipment was sterilized and cleaned very well before used on us. Jay was very profesional and made us feel very comfortable the whole time even when we were anxious to get our piercings. overall a great experience and i highly recommend coming to this place for piercings and tattoos would 100% come again.
