“Hire Motti! His team did extensive shingle repairs on my triple-decker and then painted all exterior surfaces, including all trim and architectural details. There had been a lot of water damage, and I felt the carpentry team went the extra mile to make sure the job was going to last many years. The paint job looks amazing and they took care of every detail. And, Motti was very easy and prompt to communicate with. More expensive than other estimates I got but well worth it!”

Many promised far more, with little thought, others charged far less but promised the moon and stars. Martin came in, made some great suggestions as to how to do the job with Minimal disruption to our lives. They did everything as promised, even helping erase a scratch we inadvertently caused by moving furniture. Both Martin and his assistant Arthur were considerate, efficient and the beautiful flooring speaks for itself.”
“With no exaggeration, this is the best service I’ve ever used in my life. When my wife was pregnant we wanted a full remodel of a dated spare bedroom into a tranquil beautiful nursery. This included ripping down old wood paneling, painting multiple coats, redoing a cracked ceiling, installing new light fixtures, installing new carpeting, and fixing interior doors. Not only did Jeff and his team far surpass my wife and I’s expectations, but his team got the job done in less than a week. “I own several triple deckers in the Boston area and have had BRC Renovations do a complete roof replacement on on about two years ago. The job was completed on time and at a very reasonable price and I've had no problems since. At the same time they rebuilt the chimney from the roof deck up. They removed all the debris and kept the area clean on a daily basis. I have had them do various repairs at another similar flat roof building as well and I will have them do a complete roof replacement on that building within the year.I can't emphasize how important it is to me that they are responsive to emergency requests for fast turn-around repairs as well as top quality workmanship.”

Our bathroom remodel was completed with lightning speed which we really appreciated! The kitchen remodel was also speedy. They worked with our requirements for smaller than usual appliances, finding, and even building, cabinets to fit our small kitchen space. Everyone who worked on our projects were very professional, wearing masks and keeping windows open even in the winter months. We're very happy with our new kitchen and bathroom!”
