“Our main sewer line had some problems. Cast iron pipes that were originally installed in the house had corroded, and some sections even had bottomed. Axel was sent to assess the situation after we called Drain & Water. The two options were: 1) relining the sewer main line under the concrete slab; and 2) pipe burst the sewer main line under the driveway.
Their quote was substantially lower than that of two other plumbers for the same scope. Axel responded to all of our concerns and questions. He was in good contact with us during the entire process. Drain & Water coordinated the underground utility service and handled all permits.
The crew came to our house every day to introduce themselves, tell us what they planned to do and give us a schedule of when the drains would be closed due to the work they were doing on the sewer line. They also gave us an estimate for when they could be used again. Every day they cleaned.
