“Every time I have called Rich for any plumbing issues, he has picked up the phone on the first call.Last year was the first time I have had to call around to find a plumber for a heating issue. “Ronaldo and Tony were extremely helpful. They answered the phone when I called at 4PM. They were at my house fixing a wobbly toilet that's been bugging me for years. They figured out the problem immediately, found a creative way to secure the flange without the normal plywood underneath it, and charged a very reasonable amount. They were professional, careful not to damage my home while they were there, and they even cleaned up the bathroom after their work. They could not have been more efficient, caring, and cost effective. I would highly recommend this company!“
“I would like to give a special thanks to Mark and his team at Rapid Flow. They recently came to my home in Lynnfield and cleared my main drain. It was in a difficult spot, under the kitchen sink. Charlie came out, on time and extremely personable. He cleared the drain and probed it with a camera after to see the condition inside.
