He apologized for our previous situation & within a few hours Gilbert was there to help. He worked for over 3 hours, was unable to fix the problem but left us with a plan. He even called the next morning to check in. Ron came that evening and within two hours he was able to fix our clogged pipe. Ron & Gilbert were phenomenal. They talked us through everything, showed us the issue, and wouldn't leave until it was fixed. I cannot thank them enough!“

“I called Andy the owner at the referral of my plumber Baker Elman. He showed up promptly and recommended jetting for my clogged basement bathroom and main line. I didn't order the work on the spot. In the afternoon when the other company Roto-Rooter failed to snake it through, I called Andy again and he sent Nelson over right away. Nelson did an excellent job jetting the main line and warned me about future use (all my fault with the kitchen grease). After I got over the initial price shock, this company is a dream. “O.K. everyone, Are you looking for a plumber? Yeah? Look no further. I'm telling you the honest truth, you will not find anyone BETTER for the price because this is "The Guy". No, like I mean it. You know when you need something fixed, repaired etc. and you ask your friend for a recommendation and they say "I gotta guy"? Welp, now you're going to be giving everyone you know John's number because this is going to be "Your Guy". I initially found John on Yelp, go figure. I called him up because we were experiencing issues with our Navien CH-240 Combi-Boiler. So, being that I already called a sh*tload of other plumber's which either did not return my calls or bother to show up for our confirmed appointments, I was an emotional wreck. John picks up and listens to my desperate plea for help. So after listening to me John says "No problem buddy. I'll come by and look at it" and gives me a date. Now, John did have to reschedule which he promptly notified me of. Which was o.k. because this showed he cared enough to ensure that I wasn't just waiting in the wind. This is where he also get's 5 Stars for excellent communication. Alright moving on. John shows up On-Time for our rescheduled appointment and goes straight to inspecting the boiler. John discover's the problem (Cracked Heat Exchanger). John took care of everything from the Warranty with Navien to ensuring everything was good on my end in the house. After getting the warranty approval John scheduled the new boiler install the following week which by the way he showed up On-Time and as scheduled. During the install, I was downstairs bugging John about every plumbing related question imaginable. John answered everything politely and also gave me pointers on Navien boilers. Ok. here is where John takes the cake of being the best priced plumber hands down. After installing the boiler, John informed me of how to receive a Rebate from National Grid due to installing this boiler! Seriously, go look it up! I never knew! What a great guy. Trust me. You won't find a better plumber than John. If he has to reschedule, don't get upset. This guy is getting so much work and it's just him. He told me that due to a shortage of plumbers from young people not wanting to get into the trades, plumbers are in high demand. However, John doesn't price gouge like the rest of these companies. Don't look any further. Give John a call.“
