Drain Stars
“I cannot say enough good things about Nelson from Drain Stars. I called at 3:24 PM, and he arrived about 20 minutes later. We thought we were dealing with a clogged toilet, but within minutes he realized it was actually a much larger main sewer-line issue after noticing sewage backing up into the shower.
He immediately knew what he was looking at, found the right access point, used a camera to inspect the line, cleared the blockage, and found roots growing into the pipe. By just after 5:00 PM, the clog was completely cleared and he was already cleaning everything up. The speed, knowledge, and efficiency were seriously impressive.
What stood out just as much was how kind and patient he was. We live in a condo with multiple owners, and Nelson ended up having to explain the situation over and over again to at least five different people as everyone came in with questions and concerns. He never once seemed frustrated. He calmly explained what was happening, what caused it, what our options were going forward, and what we could do to prevent another emergency. He even managed to keep us laughing during a pretty stressful situation.
He was professional, honest, reassuring, incredibly knowledgeable, and genuinely pleasant to work with. What could have turned into a huge ordeal was handled quickly and smoothly because of him. We will absolutely be asking for Nelson again and plan to use Drain Stars for our regular plumbing and preventative maintenance from now on.
Truly exceptional service. Nelson saved the day!”
