I don't usually take the time to do reviews, but I feel compelled to do it now because of the outstanding integrity that this company and its employees have demonstrated. I didn't personally hire lovett for problems with my plumbing; however my daughter just lived through two years of backed up waste clogged pipes, and broken pipes while the property owner of the park refused to take responsibility for paying for the repairs and insisting that my daughter come up with thousands of dollars to fix a mess they insisted was caused by my daughter and her family. Charlie is amazing. My experience was in line with the others, only for an emergency call for no heat. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and explained how the systems worked as he was working.He was prompt, friendly, professional, and to quote one of the previous reviews, charged a fair price.
We had an issue with our washing machine. Charlie was thorough in making sure he diagnosed the issue correctly and worked quickly to fix it once he figure out the problem. He charged a fair price for the work, will definitely use his services again in the future.
