Charlie is amazing. My experience was in line with the others, only for an emergency call for no heat. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and explained how the systems worked as he was working.He was prompt, friendly, professional, and to quote one of the previous reviews, charged a fair price.
We had an issue with our washing machine. Charlie was thorough in making sure he diagnosed the issue correctly and worked quickly to fix it once he figure out the problem. He charged a fair price for the work, will definitely use his services again in the future.
Although Lovett was not the plumber who installed my hot water heater they were very responsive and tried to help me diagnose my water heater issue. They’re very experienced and knowledgeable. Highly recommend Lovett plumbing and heating just based on their customer service.
