I had a phenomenal experience with Crescent Plumbing & Drain. I had a water heater in Medford that needed to be replaced immediately. My home warranty company assigned it to Crescent. Their rates were the most competitive that I saw (as I also did my own research for competitive rates). They were available two days later but when I told them it was urgent, they squeezed me in the next morning at 7 am and completed the job the same day. I had a great experience. Elizabeth did a great job communicating with me and keeping me updated. She was very patient and generous with her time and addressed all my questions and concerns. Came out right away and was professional and the pricing was better than others in the area who were telling me I needed to wait 1 to 2 weeks to even book an appointment. Definately recommend especially in an urgent situation! Glad I found them and would use them again!Service: Shower repair
