Just had Ross come by and fix my leak that was bleeding through my wall. Very professional, and courteous, and he was enormously transparent and showed me exactly what was wrong and how it needed to be fixed. He went above and beyond the duties of a plumber and fixed an incorrect installation of my air conditioner while he was at it.

I had my first wax on Tuesday and I was so nervous. Lyndie did such an incredible job with making sure I knew what was happening and when, if I was okay with the temp of the wax,and we chatted like besties easing my nerves so much! The only negative thing is towards me and that I didn't do this sooner! I can't wait for my next appointment! She was so informative with aftercare and showed me which products were best, answering all my million questions!

I leave every appointment glowing and so relaxed—let’s be honest—I usually fall asleep right on her table after we spend a few minutes catching up! She is excellent at creating a comfortable and serene atmosphere, very knowledgeable about the Hydropeptide product line, and just a friendly person to be around! She’s earned ALL the stars!

Today was the second day me and my mom got our nails don’t here. The staff is very kind and welcoming. They don’t rush you out like most places, and will ask you throughout the entire process if you are happy with them to make sure you leave happy. I LITERALLY can't say enough about the owner Lynn and her daughter Miah. Both ladies were fantastic, spending so much time on my nails. I came in with a literal disaster from another shop!! And the crazy thing is that the man who had done this disaster set was the same nail tech that used to do them perfectly years ago...I guess he was just burnt out-and it absolutely showed!!! When I arrived at my appointment, Miah started my soak off and was so professional and sweet. My appointment was with the owner Lynn who was finishing with another client and then she stepped in. The removal of this other set of nails was only 3 days old and they were so misshaped and thick that I couldn't stand to wear them a minute longer!!! Lynn spent extra time and was SO careful not to hurt my natural nails during the removal process which I really appreciated!! Other times that I've had removal done in the past to let my natural nails grow out, they always burned me with the file and filed too much of my natural nail off during the removal process! Lynn gave me an amazing set of nails!! She did everything that I asked and never made me feel like I was a bother or that I was picky at all!!! Please help me in supporting a local female small business owner and I promise when you leave there~you will be 'HAPPY'!!! They have a new customer for LIFE at Happy Nails on Nelson Road!!

As always with Dr. Ammons’ office, I was greeted immediately when I checked in, and I was seen promptly for the dental work. Dr. Ammons’ dental hygienist worked quickly and with care, explaining her work as she proceeded. Absolutely amazing staff and Drs. I'm a VERY nervous dental patient and I went in to get a tooth pulled. The staff were very understanding, patient, and walked me through everything they were doing so I understood. Before they gave me the numbing shots, they even put a gel on my gums and cheek to make the shots easier.

We had a emergency and our Vet in Deridder sent us to Bayou south to have our Momma goat, who was having trouble giving birth to her babies. She was super stressed and just wore out from it, we showed up late in the afternoon. They took her back quickly, assessed her situation, Dr. Watkins came out to let us know what needed to be done to help her, we were expecting that we lost both kids ( babies) but no we now have to gorgeous kids, boy and girl, momma goat is recovering, and all went amazing!!!! I cannot thank the staff that stayed late, and Dr. Watkins for saving our precious Nixie girl and her babes. We are so grateful! Thank you all again so much!

Tried Thai massage from Coco for the first time. She is very good and knowledgeable. Took a lot of my lower back pain away. Thai massage is not for everyone but it helped me.
Hope Therapy is amazing! The entire staff is kind, encouraging, and they genuinely care about the patients! Each one of the therapists do a great job helping patients with strength & recovery. They all work together well & help each other, making the therapy sessions a very pleasant experience. Reba has been exceptional, working with my Dad, & she varies the activities, at times, to keep the sessions interesting, depending on his strength for the day, & she genuinely cares about him, too! Each one of the student therapists are great, & well prepared to step in to help! They mentor them well! We are so thankful for everyone!
