Had called a competitor, at 1st, for an outside water pipe leak! Their response time would be between 8-5, w $87 start fee. Wow! At my age, never heard of such things! The price of doing business, I guess. I then called Roto Rooter, who I remembered, we had used eons ago! I called, before 9:30 AM, their response time would be between 10:30 & Noon! Acceptable time frame. No start up fee. Hmm? Ok! Welp, a Roto Rooter truck was here, & ready to go, before 10:30! Wow, within an hour response! Now, I remembered why we used them before! Shelby, is a young man who is very professional, most cordial, informative, & down to Earth. He does identify with the customer & is knowledgeable! Been doing this job, for awhile, too! Very good qualities, when u are trying to engage with customers who are grasping at straws, depending upon big business companies. Shelby, did quiet our worries. Within minutes he fixed the outside water pipe. We had also asked & chatted about upgrading our antiquated household plumbing, which will be happening next week! Again, Shelby identified with us, was truthful, calmed our worries, & answered our questions, respectfully! A load of worries lifted off our shoulders! Thank you!
Colby was very helpful and professional in addressing our AC problem. A part had to be ordered however he made sure we were comfortable with a couple of portable AC units temporarily.

Ok. First time ever getting my nails done and I am beyond happy with the outcome. I gave them a challenge with my request of fishing lure nails. They nailed it. Pun intended. My daughter got gel. I got acrylics. Very pleased. Super nice and quick but not rushed.
