I am extremely pleased with Floor Trader Lake Charles. I was dealing with a Big Box store (Lowes), in which I wasn't happy with the customer service, warranty issue and price. I decided to try a local business. Much to my surprise their price was almost half the Big Box store. Tony was amazing and helped me. I knew I found the place to get my new flooring. He also recommended a couple of installers. Charles and Jeremy, were so comforting and renewed my trust in people who do carpentry/construction work in our area. Doing business with The Floor Trader of Lake Charles could not have went any better! From the moment my husband and I stepped in to the moment our project was finished. Mr. Tony & whole staff was there to guide us.They were honest, affordable, knowledgeable, and just made our whole project easier. They listened to what I wanted, they helped me find the exact things and because of that my bison became a reality!

The sweetest people all around by far. I went in not knowing what I wanted an Mr. Pottmeyer an his team explained the different floors they offered. They was patient an helped me find what I wanted in no time. I will recommend them to anyone needing flooring for anything!
