I attached this picture to my review of the beach because it is one of my most favorite places to be. I can find peace and serenity there as well as feel very relaxed. It's my HAPPY PLACE. !!!My job requires me to stand alot and as a result l suffer with sciatica. Being on my feet for long periods of time can be hard on a 55 year old body.Sharon is my dear friend l love her so but her hands are that of healing. The ambiance, peaceful lighting, soothing music, and HER HANDS was truly an amazing experience. Just what l needed and l am so disappointed that l hadn't been coming regularly. Sharon was very patient, ready and willing to help. This hands-on MLD taught me things I didn't know I needed. I'm excited to practice MLD and post op MLD with this new training and knowledge. I wish there was a 2 part hands-on just to keep my skills sharp but I'll keep practicing to make it perfect. I will say that even though I have 10 years of experience in lymphatic drainage, I was still intimidated but Sharon reinforce the proper technique and hand positions. I felt comfortable and more confident afterwards. I also like that I got to feel the process for myself and demo on her a little. Thanks so much.
