I was a first time guest at the facility. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. The building was clean and welcoming. The receptionist seen me looking at the product wall and started explaining the products to me. My wax specialist also picked up and told me about some products. Ashlynn was fast friendly and very down to earth. Will definitely return!
