I recently had a foot massage with plantar fasciitis and it was an incredible experience. Courtney was extremely knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. They were able to identify the areas of tension and pain in my foot, and used a combination of techniques to help alleviate the discomfort. The massage itself was very relaxing and therapeutic. The therapist applied just the right amount of pressure to my foot, and I could feel the tension melting away with each stroke. After the massage, I felt a significant improvement in the pain and discomfort I was experiencing in my foot. Courtney gave me some helpful tips on how to maintain the benefits of the massage and prevent future flare-ups. Overall, I highly recommend this foot massage for anyone dealing with plantar fasciitis or any other foot-related issues. Courtney’s deep tissue massages are absolutely heaven. She’s always able to get any tension released and work out any knots. Her work is magic and leaves you feeling like a new person after. Highly recommended for momma’s because she understands so much beyond her massage table also. ❤️
