About HOTWORX - Lake Charles, LA
HOTWORX is a 24-hour infrared fitness studio in Lake Charles. The facility is small and clean, noted as the cleanest in the local area. The staff are friendly and welcoming. It provides a personal workout with no crowds. Members have access to a wide variety of virtually instructed infrared sauna workouts, including HIIT, Hot Yoga, Hot Cycle, Hot Blast, and many more. The infrared therapy is great for skin, detoxing, weight loss, and other benefits. The studio also has a Functional Exercise (FX) Zone with equipment, which is a recommended challenge. It is a great place for achieving fitness goals.
I really like the concept and workouts. However the studio needs to address several areas of maintenance. I sent a private message through their website AND have spoken to front desk (two different people) but no response or corrective measures have been taken. These are a few of the issues: One sauna is completely broken, on others some of the doors don’t stay shut, tv screens impaired, wires/keypads dangling, bike (cycles) unbalanced, equipment audio not working in some rooms, etc. Be aware of the many problems managment is ignoring before you sign up. I want to love this place, but just can’t recommend it to anyone in its current condition.
AAA,Where do I begin. The staff are always so friendly when I walk in, always asking about my day and always smiling happy to work. The facility is the cleanest one in the local area which shows how much the staff value their club. There isn’t a better HOTWORK I wish they had this brand in my native land of Canada. I love coming here you’re looking to join this is definitely the place to be.
I love that you can get a quick workout in and at any time! Being able to fit a workout into my busy schedule is great!
