They worked hard to provide a price plan that would release me from orkin. After 11 year contract i just couldn’t stay with orkin with a clear conscious. Haven’t regretted the switch for a moment. You probably will not either. Terminix is where it’s at! ⚜️
Technician was very nice and polite. But the product did not work....6 or 7 treatments in. Within 4 months. And we're still fighting fleas. Very frustrating. All while vacuuming 2xs a day every day in-between treatments.
They came out to do quarterly treatment. Technician was polite and efficient. He took time to answer any questions I had and went above and beyond his duties. Terminix also followed up to make sure everything was taken care of and I knew how to contact them if needed. I am pleased so far with their services.
