The absolute BEST experience!!!! I was coming home to Lake Charles to attend The Gumbo YaYA Mardi Gras Ball and I needed my makeup done. I knew the exact look...my cousin is a long time client of Alevan and she raves about her spa days! She scheduled my appointment and Baybee....Carrington did her thing!!!! It's one thing to get what you ask for but when you get more it's even better. I'm super picky with my brows and she nailed my entire look.If I lived back in Lake Charles this would be my go to salon spa! The atmosphere is wonderful. Today I had the pleasure of Sierra coloring, washing and styling my hair. She was professional and paid attention to details. The atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing. Light refreshments were provided as well as the host continuously checked to make sure i was comfortable and offered beverages (water, coffee, etc). The vibe in the salon was like no other. Tha massage was amazing. I absolutely loved the hot stones. My hair always feel so clean and beautiful when I leave. I love how everyone is so friendly and attentive.
