Pet Emergency Clinic is a caring place that provides excellent care for animals in need. They are open late, including nights and holidays, and have a compassionate staff that helps both pets and their owners feel comfortable. The clinic has experience treating a variety of issues, from poisoning to heart failure to assisting with difficult deliveries. Many customers have praised the staff for being friendly and compassionate, often going above and beyond to provide the best care possible. The clinic's dedication to the well-being of pets is evident, as they even follow up with owners after treatment to check on their pets' recovery.
Took our dog Sam in Sunday was told there would be at least a 2 hour wait. We waited and expected to be rushed through because of the amount of people there and an emergency surgery that was happening. We were happily surprised with the amount of care and attention given not only to our sweet Sam but to our concerns. Dr Katie H and her assistant Briley went above and beyond for us. We had gone to another Vet in Lake Charles Saturday afternoon expecting it to be cheaper than the ER it was not and we were rushed through like cattle, I guess that's what happens when they go corporate. I cannot recommend this place enough. Great ppl who truly care about you and your pet!
