CrossFit NOLA
“Dropped in for crossfit while visiting New Orleans. Everyone was so welcoming and Jeff was a great coach! I wish I had made it in earlier and not on my last day in town. I cannot recommend it enough!”

“I believe I am one of the original OTs since 2020/21. Today I got my blood work from my medical portal, and I am no longer in the diabetic range. WOOP WOOP! Thanks, Leo, Jordan, Neil, and Rebecca. ;) I absolutely love the staff; they are always available to help. The workouts are always challenging, and the equipment is clean and works well, but I am not a big fan of the music.
