Cheryl has been my trainer for at least 15 years. I will be 81 next year and because of Cheryl's unlimited knowledge and guidance the last 15 years has made me remain strong, which is very important. As of late she has been focusing on my posture and balance and that is also important. I feel as if I am making strides in improving both, thanks to Cheryl.
My visits to Cheryl are of course challenging (that's why they call it a work out) but i know that the benefits far outweigh the cost and commitment.

Absolutely would recommend ! I started with Jacob after many failed attempts at rehabilitation through physical therapy from previous back and hip injuries. He took the time to understand where my weak spots were and formed a plan on how to get me stronger which has been my ultimate goal and out of pain! We are working on things and have progressed my strength to a place I could not have imagined months ago. He is trustworthy, very knowledgeable and can take you where you want to be. Best investment I have made towards my health, fitness and overall well-being.
