FullBore South is wonderful. They have exceptional coaches that are invested in your health and training. The gym may not be the newest, but they have been around for several years in an oversaturated market for a reason. The quality programming, instructions, and support you receive as an athlete is outstanding. The coaches motivate you while fostering a safe training environment that is free of judgement. Best place to go for my full body workout. The whole crew is very helpful when I have questions and great at demonstrating anything I may not understand. I also appreciate the various class schedules that they have throughout the day

I’m heading into Year 2 at #crossfitfullboresouth and couldn’t be happier. I turn 65 in July and started cross fit 5 years ago. Prior to crossfit I was working out 3 days a week doing a boot camp workout, so when that ended and I decided to try crossfit I thought I was in semi good shape. Haha, what an eye opener. Yes , I had heard the CrossFit horror stories but was willing to give it a try. I started at a different gym and they were awesome and helped me to get going.
