Great hospitality and coaching. Group was very helpful in offering recommendations for local food favorites. Facility had everything you’d need if you were dropping in for an open gym wod.
Dropped in for a workout while on a business trip. Carl was my coach at the downtown location.Two main takeaways:First, Carl was amazing and such a welcoming, engaging, and encouraging coach.Second, they know how to make a workout! I was gassed and got EXACTLY what I was looking for from the class.Next time I’m in NOLA there is only one gym I’ll be stopping in at… Crossfit NOLA!
I dropped in during a vacation, apparently during a heat wave. The gym was clean. I loved the lay out, the coach was friendly and the athletes were welcoming. The structure to the class was awesome, great instruction and explanations to tie everything together and get us all ready for the WOD. It was soooooo hot, but what can you do about Mother Nature! We suffered together.
