As I walked in this Barbershop I immediately felt like the place was family. I love places that feel like a family. Employees are very well mannered. The hair cut I got was a line up and facial hair removal. I felt 100 percent comfortable because my barber was calm and chill. I was completely satisfied of my hair cut. After my second US cavitation treatment, I'm very pleased with my results. This is not a weight loss treatment - it gives you modest, but noticeable reduction in small area of fat and crepey skin. You have to be consistent and stay hydrated for your body to process the fat reduction. I'm very pleased with the reduction I see so far and will continue with more treatments. All this in addition to the fact that the owner is just the nicest, most knowledgeable and most helpful and kind individual!! She's terrific just her alone! Added to the success of the treatment and she has a life long customer here!

These professionals rescued me yet again from a major plumbing catastrophe, and again were OUTSTANDING. Highest recommendation for even the most difficult jobs.
Incredibly helpful and professional staff with fair pricing. I called Michel's for a second opinion after being lied to (told that there was cast iron plumbing, when I was certain there was not) by Roto-Rooters and quoted $14K for necessary plumbing repairs. Holly from Michel's spent at least 20 minutes on the phone with me answering questions and helping me understand the potential plumbing problems. She quoted me $6,000 for the same scope of work, but advised getting an independent video inspection. The video inspection revealed that the work needed was substantially less than Roto-Rooters claimed (10 feet of pipe replaced as opposed to 35 feet), and they were able to schedule me for under the slab repairs the next day. They also referred me to an excellent water mitigation company and fully explained the process and work being done. I will never use another plumber in New Orleans ever again and will send all friends and family here.

Back in November, I had a pipe break at 3am. I didn’t know what to do and was panicking. Looked online and found Donnie’s advertising 24 hour service. I called and he told me how to find the shut off outside and how to turn it off! The next morning they came out and fixed my problem at a very reasonable price.

Dr. Paul and his entire staff were outstanding. They worked me into their schedule when I was struggling to walk due to severe lower back pain, and they quickly got me on the road to recovery.
What impressed me most was that Dr. Paul took the time to identify the root cause of my pain rather than simply treating the symptoms. He carefully explained what was happening, pinpointed the problem area, and developed a treatment plan that included stretching, massage therapy, chiropractic adjustments, and ultrasound/TENS therapy.

One very important tip for anyone traveling internationally with pets: yes, the health certificate must be validated within 10 days of travel, but your vet appointment should be scheduled at least one month before your departure. This allows enough time for the USDA to process, endorse, and mail everything back to you. Summer guided us through this timing perfectly.
I also really appreciated that they had us test anti-anxiety medication before travel to ensure the correct dosage. Best advice ever. It made a world of difference knowing exactly what Chester needed—and to be clear, these are not tranquilizers, which are forbidden for international travel. We even had to recheck Chester in Paris for our connecting flight to Nice. He refused additional medication at that point but still did very well. There were no issues—no barking, no complaints from airline staff, and he remained calm throughout the entire process. He was understandably nervous by the time we picked him up in Nice, but he was completely okay. I was nervous about giving him medication in the first place, but testing it ahead of time and following their guidance truly paid off.
Another thing worth mentioning: Chester is an anxious dog when it comes to vet visits. He’s sweet—not aggressive—just scared. The team handled his exam and vaccinations with patience, calm, and confidence. They clearly know how to work thoughtfully with nervous animals, and that meant a lot to us.
I also really appreciated that they offer happy visits, where you can stop in without an appointment just to help your pet feel comfortable with the vet and environment—no exam, no stress, just positive exposure.
Beyond all of that, this is simply an outstanding veterinary office. Everyone is incredibly kind, organized, professional, welcoming, and knowledgeable—what more could you ask for? It’s clearly a locally owned practice, not a corporate chain, and that shows in every interaction. I had a terrible experience at a corporate vet prior to this, and honestly, I’m grateful for it because it led me to Chateau Veterinary Hospital.

Staff and vets were wonderful!. Our visiting guests had their dog prescribed the wrong pills by their vet at home and their dog was in an emergency situation. They saw their dog right away. Would highly recommend this veterinary hospital.
