Great instructor & very nice facility… good place for beginners to learn… and as a guy, this class gets all the muscles we don’t normally work out with weights. I was quite sore the next day.
I was nervous to try Pilates for the first time but Christy made this experience one to remember. When I arrived she explained how to use the machine and was very pleasant in general. The studio was clean, the music was upbeat and fun, and Christy's directions were clear and easy to keep up with. The class was challenging in the best way! The sweat was dripping and my muscles were burning. I'm definitely going back for more.
Forward Fitness provides a phenomenal full body workout. The megaformer is no joke. Intense but so amazing!All instructors are at the top of their game. They are super knowledgeable, supportive, positive and push you so you can get the best out of your session.At the end of my 1st month (attended 3 classes per wk) I experienced a significant increase in my strength, flexibility, endurance and muscle tone. It only got better from there.I highly recommend Forward Fitness for a fun and effective workout.
