    Flash Fitness is awesome! Everyone there has a goal they want to achieve and Kalab is a trainer who does what it takes to get you there! It feels like family when you walk in for your workout and I’ve never had that feeling at any other gym!

    If you are looking for a great overall fitness, look no further. If you are a beginner there are plenty of modified moves and Kaleb is great at helping you out. This class will yield results and probably leave you a bit sore! The people have all been very encouraging as well. Top notch!
