“Good evening as a member i went into the building with my 14 year old grandson to workout ,check in when i was ask about him by a female employee about his black card.The young lady was showing me how enter him on my phone when a male employee by the name of Alex walk up and very disrespectfully interrupted our conversation ask for asking violently if my grandson had a school id ,or any type of id.I told him dealing with the young lady and she would probably get to that.The male subject (Jeff) who identified himself as the manager advised me he needs and id or you can go somewhere else,at this point advised him i was old enough to be his father and he was not going talk to me in that manner.He Jeff then threaten to call the police for me on several occasions.I left the building and returned to get his from the young lady but again he approached me with his arrogant nature trying to give me his card attempting to escalate the encounter by pushing his card at me and stating do something yea do me something so i can call the police. I am writing because of how unprofessional Jeff was to his employer as manager and also how his demeanor towards me was very unprofessional especially by him trying to provoke a physical altercation.“
