I love this gym. Wish they had more classes, but that’s life. These trainers are the best, nicest, funnest, and most professional in the city. They care, they remember, and they try.

Great value for money, the workouts change everyday and its only 45mins long.Coach Leo is my favorite as he is a very warm genuine individual. He always has a smile and little chat to welcome you. Also, he carefully observes your form during workouts to make sure you are executing correctly and getting the most out of the exercise. Its like having a very friendly personal trainer.

Amazing gym! From the moment you walk-in to leaving everyone is so motivating! Each class they push you to reach your best.From my first class that I struggled but they kept my spirits up!! Highly recommend!!! No matter your current fitness level- this is where you want to be! It’s intense but adjusted to your abilities.
