I believe I am one of the original OTs since 2020/21. Today I got my blood work from my medical portal, and I am no longer in the diabetic range. WOOP WOOP! Thanks, Leo, Jordan, Neil, and Rebecca. ;) I absolutely love the staff; they are always available to help. The workouts are always challenging, and the equipment is clean and works well, but I am not a big fan of the music.

Absolutely love F45!! I've been going for a few months now, and it's by far the easiest way I've found to stay consistent with strength training. Coach Leo, Jordan, and Neil are so great, always encouraging, supportive, and willing to help with anything you need.
The classes are super efficient, packing a lot into just 45 minutes, and the format is always changing so it never gets repetitive. I've genuinely noticed myself getting stronger, and I leave every workout feeling great. Couldn't recommend more!
Great coaches, super clean and friendly workout environment. Plenty of showers/bathrooms. I especially love the convenience of noon classes. It is a complete reset for me after a busy morning at work. Everyone is very nice and welcoming. Shout outs to amazing coaches: Leo, Jordan, Rebecca, CJ, Neil!!! Great management by Cheryl too!
