“My AC quit working Saturday. I didn’t know who to call so I browsed heating and air companies. I always go by reviews. I found Fire and Ice and called them on Sunday. They have someone on call 24/7. Dillon came to my house within 30 min of my call. He was awesome. Very nice and well mannered. This is important to me since I was raised in the fifties and we were raised that way. He found the problem and fixed it in a timely manner. I was very pleased and impressed. If I have future problems I will call Fire and Ice. I had to get a new unit after the 2016 flood and never had maintenance done. So I will be getting the maintenance contract. Thanks Dillon!“

“In this day and age, it is rare to see people who care about what they do for a living. For that matter even how they treat customers. Most people in the work force moan and complain and just want to do nothing, go home and get a paycheck.
It is such a Blessing to find a Business Owner and Employees who do care about the Customers they serve.
I want to mention Mike, Jeremiah and Dylan. This is the 2nd time I have used Signature Air recently. I want everyone to know this Company is top notch as far as we are concerned. The two service tech’s Jeremiah, Dylan and Mike were the most professional, courteous and kind people that I have had the pleasure of meeting and doing business with in a long time.
Think about this: It’s 97 degrees out side with a heat index over 113 degrees. They come to you house at one of the worse days you could have because your Air Conditioner has gone out in South Louisiana. These Guys go above and beyond from the First Phone call till they drive off to the next customer that is also having a bad day.
You have to be a Great, Kind Person and Love the Work that You Do and the Love the People You Help to do a Job Outside or in an Attic with Temperatures in EXCESS of 150 DEGREES to Make People Comfortable.
I know this was long but These People need Recognition and Big THANK YOU for What they do.

“After dealing with 2 HVAC contractors for a whole month trying to replace an evap coil, one was assigned to us through a home warranty, who doesn’t want to talk to us until we “accept” the quote (just wanted to talk to someone to explain the quote).
