At Bitter Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc., your indoor comfort is their topmost priority. When you are left sweltering in the summer or shivering all through winter because of a broken or malfunctioning HVAC system, their professionals are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to get your cooling or heating system working again. The qualified Baton Rouge HVAC technicians have been in this line of business for decades, so you can rest assured they have what it takes to solve all your comfort problems.
Bitter has installed systems for customers and has always done an excellent job, which is why they are repeat customers. The technicians are courteous and efficient, servicing both interior and exterior units. They go the extra mile by cleaning return air grills and checking batteries in the thermostats.
Even in emergency situations, Bitter responds promptly and takes care of their customers every step of the way. When a customer's AC completely stopped working, Bitter immediately brought out window units to get them through until the issue could be fixed. After a faulty unit caused a mess, Bitter completely replaced it with a new one and handled the necessary repairs, communicating with the customer throughout the process.
Bitter air always does a great job. They respond quickly, even on a Saturday. They keep you apprised of when they’ll be there and they always get the job done. Will use them always. Great customer service and they have a great caliber of professional staff.
Once again, Shane has NAILED IT! I don't know what I would do without his expertise and commitment to ensuring his customers are given the best they deserve. I can't say enough about this amazing man!
I had a great experience with Bitter Heating & A/C. They quickly diagnosed my issue and took the time to clean my condenser, which made a noticeable difference.
They showed up early, were professional, and did a great job from start to finish. It’s hard to find dependable service like that these days. I highly recommend them for any HVAC needs.
