I am the new homeowner where a lightning induced power outage caused us to rely on our Generac for a day. When Entergy power was restored and the generator cut off, our A/C wasn’t cooling. I reached out to Theriot’s on recommendation of the prior owner and Chris coached me through diagnosis of my problem- overheated compressor- and 30 minutes later our home AC wasn’t cooling cooling like normal. Chris and another tech he consulted offered his time and advice without charge. I’m going to investigate their ongoing maintenance club service.
Called at 7:30am with an AC issue, there was a technician at our house at 9:15am. Very reasonable appointment fee, especially for same day service. Tech was very knowledgeable, issue resolved.
My job was handled very professionally. Workers were courteous and friend. They did not waste time; worked continuously. The work area was left clean. Also, an explanation was given on the new system and how it works. Pictures of what was done in the attic were shared with me. I appreciated that. Good job 👍🏽👍🏽.
