“A company that stands behind their work and their word is worth more than the cheap price you can get someplace else. I have to say that I'm guilty on this one... they installed two AC units in my office building and shortly after one of them was installed, there was a drainage issue. We called, they came out and took care of it, but it happened again. At the time, it was the middle of summer and everyone was extremely busy. They asked if they could put me off for a couple of days and I said yes. As it turned out, things got away from all of us. I was rarely in the office and it became out of sight out of mind. I truly let more than a respectable amount of time go by without addressing the issue and my office manager never reminded me. Mr. Guitreau took care of it, even though I think he may have felt he didn't have to... I'm not really sure but he is definitely a man of his word and a man of Honor and definitely a man worth doing business with. if you're looking for someone to do your heat and AC, I would definitely give them a shot. I don't know if they would be higher than the next guy, but if they were, I would really look at how they stand behind their work and hire them anyhow.“
