I used Pack HVAC Services years ago when I lived in Brownsville. I recently went on vacation for two weeks and came home to my A/C not cooling. As I strolled through my phone I ran across Marddel’s number under Pack HVAC. I love you guys, your service is amazing. I even have an American Home Shield warranty, but chose to call you all instead. Mardrel was very professional (as always) he made my day. He asked me about what issues I was experiencing and went right to work fixing the problem. Madrel has been doing the cleaning and preventative work for us for a long time. It was Christmas Eve couple years ago our main house AC went offline and he took care of us. He separated himself from his family to serve ours . I would like to add that he was probably not aware in the beginning of our relationship that I have a pretty good working knowledge of Electrical and HVAC where most people do not, and unfortunately, it’s sad to say that many repair and service people tend to take advantage of that over time suggesting things that need to be fixed that aren’t really broken. Not him. So he has earned my loyalty. I think he’ll do good for you.
