“Home360 is the answer to this widow's prayer! One of the worst things for a woman who suddenly finds herself single after 50 years, is household repairs! You can't imagine the anxiety of trying to find someone when something breaks. “I've called on this company 3 times in the last few years and each time was a pleasant, successful encounter. They fixed the problems with the systems the first time each time. They answer the phone when you call and come when they say they are, quickly. Twice they came the same day I called, both those times the ac wasn't cooling, and the other time they came in less than 24 hours when it was still cooling, but had a clog in the pipe that needed repairing. “He knows his stuff and didn't waste time trying to b.s. me. He said he sells Trane units because they're the least serviced, longest lasting, best warrantied units available. My research verifies that. Don't automaticlly skip him just because you can't afford a Trane, ask him what he can do for your budget.
He did a super thorough check on all vents and the airflow is now consistent across my house. His estimate came back faster than everyone else's too. He offered me a deal in the off season and I took it because I know he can't offer that in the summer.
