“Eddie came out to my home on Labor Day weekend when my AC compressor went out. He arrived in under and hour from when I called. He quickly diagnosed the issue as a corroded wire and replaced it. The AC is back up and running! He patiently answered all my questions and even took a look at a completely unrelated HVAC issue at the house. Especially considering the fast holiday weekend service and Eddie's expertise being able to quickly diagnose and fix, I think it was a great price and value! I will use this company again.“

“Our heat went out on Christmas Eve one of the coldest days this year. I called around and could not get anyone to come out until I called RAM. They were very nice and had someone come out right away. William Nelson was our tech and he was great. He fixed our issue and got our heat up and running very quickly. He removed the covers and cleaned the entire outside unit. When everything was completed he sent pictures of all his work. I requested that he is the person who checks our system.“
