I hate the AI phone answering. Took me 4 phone calls to get a human about my bill. The tech guy was great. Knowledgeable and professional. Just like this review, no space for the A/C person.

Yonni did a great job unstopping my garbage disposal. He was very professional & very courteous. He did not leave a mess at all. Cleaned up after himself & offered to go above & beyond. He even asked if he could throw the trash away in my garbage can outside which was just some paper towels & gloves that he wore to work on the repair. He is a great representative for this company based on the experience we had with him today. We have used Accutemp for the past 8 yrs for our HVAC maintenance & this is the 3rd time we have used their plumbing service. We have always been satisfied with the work & the technicians that have come out.
