Our heat went out on Christmas Eve one of the coldest days this year. I called around and could not get anyone to come out until I called RAM. They were very nice and had someone come out right away. William Nelson was our tech and he was great. He fixed our issue and got our heat up and running very quickly. He was very friendly and very professional! My first experience with RAM was simply an estimate for pricing on a new air handler, I wasn't expecting the owner of the company to show up at my house! Fernie is a great guy and explained lots of information to me in layman's terms and delivered on his quote. When the "crew" showed up to install my new A/C unit, they were respectful of my space, my time and my home. They explained in great detail what they were doing and even gave me tips on increasing the life of my unit and how to ensure that it was the most energy efficient. RAM installed a completely new system in my old house, 10 years ago. It's been running fine ever since. Shannon comes out twice a year to give it a check up and he's always friendly and courteous. I've been very happy with RAM.Services: HVAC system maintenance
