Austin was so helpful and is simply the best AC Tech expert. When told a whole new AC unit was needed, he found it was just a burnt wire, saving thousands of dollars. He will get a unit back and running quicker than 98% of technicians in the industry. Such a great and reliable company. The service is phenomenal, and you will not find anyone else that cares so much about taking care of their customers. They came out and cleaned out a unit, checked all the parts, and got it ready for the rest of winter and to face a southern summer. When heat went out, they responded quickly and professionally, showing up exactly when they said they would. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what caused the issue and how he was fixing it. They didn't just do a quick patch; they made sure everything was running safely and efficiently before leaving.
