“My elderly mother’s AC went out on a Saturday. Texted the number asking for next available appointment and Was answered that they could come by that afternoon. The owner arrived and in about 20 minutes, the AC was fixed. I was pleasantly surprised that he came out on such short notice and on a weekend. Very reasonable rates as well. Very professional and extremely nice people!“

“After getting the run around for over a week from a different company that told me that they are having trouble locating a blow motor for my HVAC unit; they had convinced me that I needed a new air handler. While looking at the new air handlers on Carrier's website, Thermal Solutions came up as one of their installers with great reviews. After scheduling them to give me an estimate, they promptly sent over one of their technicians named Josh. Josh asked me why I wanted to replace the whole unit and I replied that I was told that since my unit was over 10 years that no one has the motor in stock. Josh made 1 phone call and said I can have that motor back within 1 hour. Josh returned about an hour later and had the motor installed in no time. This company has definitely earned my trust and service for life and would recommend anyone to call them first before any other company, you definitely won't be disappointed.“

Hailey answered and told me she would get someone out today, she wasn’t quite sure on a time, but assured me it would be today. Chris showed up at my home by 845 and had my ac working again by 930! It was a run capacitor issue, but he was able to take care of things right away!
