“Mr. Stanford: Professional Introduction stating his name and stated his reason for service visit; He spoke with a Smiling face, his voice tone was calm. My husband and I felt comfortable in letting him in our home☺️. He showed he was Ready to assess and solve the problem; He assured us we will have Cool air, we felt Relieved ( being Seniors, we were uncomfortable with No Cool Air. Mr. Stanford spoke to us as he worked explaining in simple words what he assessed and what he will do to fix the problem; my husband understood good, I’m not mechanically inclined. Mr. Stanford got his equipment /tools needed and went to work, he also checked thermostat. My husband stated he is Impressed with the guy ☺️! Mr. Stanford. Finished and came down ladder turned thermostat on in no time Cool Air was felt. We were elated, a house with a temp of 84 to 85 degrees is not good for Seniors?. We were Blessed to have had a Professional, Kind, Compassionate Caring Human, who Assured us we Will have Cool Air before He leaves. My husband said he Knew what he was doing☺️!
