We have old plumbing that requires regular maintenance, and have been very pleased with the service we get from Carr and Osborne. In particular we have a very old pull chain toilet that has required innovative solutions to keep working -- Stephen has been amazingly creative in coming up with fixes that other plumbers could not resolve.
I recently needed to have my pressure tank replaced because the bladder wasn’t working properly. The replacement was covered under warranty, which was a relief. Donovan, the plumber who came out, explained what could be causing the issue. I noticed that my whole house water filter always had black particles in the bottom, and the filter itself was turning a dark tan color. Donovan suggested it would be a good idea to flush the system and replace the pump since it was old and starting to cycle more than usual. I scheduled the work and was glad that Donovan handled the job, since he already knew about the plumbing problems I’d been having. While he worked, I asked a lot of questions, and he was always patient and knowledgeable with his answers. If there was something he wasn’t sure about, he made sure to find the right information. I really appreciated his professionalism and the extra time he took to explain things. Buckley Brothers Plumbing sent out a fantastic plumber, and I’m grateful for the excellent service.

The staff were great & attentive. My baby loved them. Administration was super quick & smooth. The facility was great too despite of the small room for so many equipments. I came unprepared, but they had basic things like body wash, toothbrush, towels, dish soap, and even bottle sanitizer bag. I took 1 star off because of the PA system & sometimes the staff were so loud that my baby kept waking up. Our room was very close to the nurse station.

After living in the DFW area for some 30 years. My wife and I relocated back to the home town we grew up in 2 years ago. My biggest concern was medical care here in the State Of Louisiana. I always thought I had the best Primary Doctor, best Rheumatologist, best Dermatologist and the best Ophthalmologist in Plano Texas. I was very spoiled with the best Health Care. Therefore, I was driving to Baton Rouge since relocating back looking for Health Care, was I wrong. Although the best Health Care I was looking for was right here my own back yard. I begin to see Dr George Ingrish, MD Dermatologist at RRMC who is very good at what he does. I inform him that I was driving to BR for Health Care. He told me that I did not need to do that, he would love to treat me and he will refer me to Brian Clinic. It was at Brian Clinic that I met Dr Robert Campbell who is now my Primary Doctor. I was also treated by Dr Brian Smith one day due to Dr Campbell being off for that day. Both of these Doctors, as well as Dr Ingrish are full of Swag, at the top of their game, very concerned about their Patience and most of all good Doctors. I am very happy with the level of health care.

This was a good experience for some batting practice. Our game was cancelled due to the rain and this gave us an opportunity to get some batting in. We didn’t do the membership this time but the pricing was good even without the membership. It was $25 for 150 balls. Helmets aren’t required but we used one they had available as a loaner. We know next time to be sure to have a helmet, we did use our own bat. Overall I see this being someplace that we use regularly. They also had a well stocked showroom for any baseball needs or anything forgotten if traveling from out of town. The staff was very helpful answering my questions but once you get started it’s pretty straightforward. We’ll be looking at an end of season party for the team.

Was at Rapides Medical Center sitting with my Grandpa. Needed a haircut and found this place within walking distance from there. When I got to chatting with Roland the owner and barber, I began to feel like I was part of the family. I told him what I wanted and he did just what I asked him to do. Instead of taking advantage of the situation he explained the most affordable way to approach the problem. So thankful for these guys, I’m excited to finish my dental work with them. I had a toothache for 3 weeks strait and I couldn’t get in anywhere to get a root canal without paying 1600$. They got me in and just paid way less than that for the root canal and he did it the same day. I felt nothing. And haven’t had any pain afterwards!

However, when I went to pick him up they told me he was super sweet and one of the girls was going to sneak out the back with him ?? All kidding aside they are amazing and I'm so glad I don't live far, if God forbid something happens again to one of my animals.
