“I recently needed to have my pressure tank replaced because the bladder wasn’t working properly. The replacement was covered under warranty, which was a relief. Donovan, the plumber who came out, explained what could be causing the issue. I noticed that my whole house water filter always had black particles in the bottom, and the filter itself was turning a dark tan color. Donovan suggested it would be a good idea to flush the system and replace the pump since it was old and starting to cycle more than usual. I scheduled the work and was glad that Donovan handled the job, since he already knew about the plumbing problems I’d been having. While he worked, I asked a lot of questions, and he was always patient and knowledgeable with his answers. If there was something he wasn’t sure about, he made sure to find the right information.
