Found out today while getting a cut from Larry, that he is retiring on May 23 after sixty years in the business. Godspeed Larry, we will miss you.
Larry has been at the Razor's Edge at this location for 50+ years. He is the only barber at the shop. He currently works on Tues, Wed, and Thurs only. He does his best to accommodate walk-ins, but appointments are recommended.
Larry Bringol has been cutting my hair since I was 10 back in 1971. While it is not the booming barber shop it was in the 70s and 80s, Larry is still there cutting men's hair Tuesday - Thursday. As far as barber shops are concerned, I'd say The Razor's Edge is a notable landmark in Alexandria, LA
