From the moment I walked in the door, Karen welcomed me with a big smile. She took the time to sit down with me, and we talked. We got to know each other. She made me feel comfortable, and she didn’t judge. She was so patient, and I never felt rushed. She loves what she does, and she wants her clients to love their outcome.
