Needed an extra remote and spare key to a used vehicle we just bought. It was done in less than 15 minutes including programming and about half what a dealership would charge. John & crew are great.

I bought a key for for my 2010 Dogldge Ram 2500 in Newton Iowa but was unable to get back there to have it programmed. Kenneth at American Lock and Key was more than happy to program it for me! As we were talking, I mentioned that the current fob was finicky and he said if I had a few minutes he would check it out. He took the current fob apart and the two little discs that connect had come unglued and were floating around. He cleaned it up and glued the discs back. Then when he went to check the key for the door lock, I mentioned that the key didn't unlock the door like it should... he immediately went and got lubricant and lubed the door lock and the works perfectly...read full review
