“Best driving academy in the CenLa area by far, very informative and taught everything exceptionally, Mrs Pam was a very good behind the wheel teacher and taught me everything I needed to know to eventually reach my passing score.”
“I had a great experience training with Paul and the office staff at Coastal. He’s a top-notch truck driving instructor who really knows his stuff and takes the time to make sure you understand everything, not just pass the test. He’s patient, straightforward, and doesn’t cut corners when it comes to safety and proper technique.
Paul explains things in a way that actually sticks, whether you’re learning backing maneuvers, pre-trip inspections, or getting comfortable on the road. He pushes you to improve but also builds your confidence, which makes a big difference when you’re starting out.
If you’re serious about getting your CDL and want an instructor who’s professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about his students, I highly recommend Paul at Coastal.”
“This is our third son to take from Shut Up and Drive. All of the kids have said it’s terribly boring but necessary, this is not the fault of the business. They have worked with us on times of driving and have always been kind, boring is just the nature of the beast.”
