The staff made patients smile and laugh, reassuring them that things were going to be ok. The services received were exceptional, and the clinic is wonderful with great staff. Patients were healed quickly and could ring the bell. However, some patients had to wait 1-3 hours in the lobby, and there were instances of "forgetting something." Overall, the clinic is highly recommended to anyone that needs wound care.
Best wound care on the coast. They are very professional and personable. They truly care about their patients. My husband has used them for a couple of years now and refuses to go anywhere else. Highly recommend for your wound care needs.
the care I received at medcentris in Hammond, la was beyond anything I expected. I was nervous and scared on that first visit. but they made me feel like I was the only patient in the clinic. Chris's knowledge on wound care is the best I have ever seen, and the support team is amazing. they remembered my name from the first visit and I never had to even tell them who I was when walking in the door.
