We have old plumbing that requires regular maintenance, and have been very pleased with the service we get from Carr and Osborne. In particular we have a very old pull chain toilet that has required innovative solutions to keep working -- Stephen has been amazingly creative in coming up with fixes that other plumbers could not resolve.

Mr. Jimmy was very kind enough to give me an old and used stem that fixed the leak in our bathroom shower - free of charge !!! He said he ordered new stems next week and I will definitely go back and support his business and buy extra stems for future use. God bless him and his wife that saved me a lot of stress !!!!

Made a call to fix a leaky shower head. They found the problem, advised us and didn't even bill us when we decided to wait to have it fixed. They take care of their long-time customers!
