They helped out out a couple of times the last minute this past Winter when we had furnace issues. Appreciate having Jo & Terry as a "go to" for HVAC problems. Great people to work with!

Terry is awesome he went out of his way too get our ice unit back up and running.

The service tech was professional and informative. But he was only there for 10 min and I was charged the full price. If you are gonna charge me for a full hour then you need to stay the full hour if I'm gonna pay for the hour of service. Not a good thing to customers to pay for something you didnt receive.
