Excellent Service. Each time we have an issue, the technicians are able to communicate clearly and have the ability to communicate in a way we can understand. I've used a lot of services, and Pride is hand down the best I've worked with in every capacity.

Very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and communicate well. They service all of our commercial refrigerators and freezers at the pantry. We became associated with them when doing warranty work on our big walk- in freezer.
