I was recommended Cool Heat KC LLC by my hairdresser, Brailyn. Rick came out and gave me a great quote and not even 2 weeks later Joe and Colton were putting in my new HVAC system! Joe worked on the system throughout the whole day and, despite the challenges left by the people who installed the original HVAC, got my system up and running that same day!
Tech Katen came out in the evening when our AC wasn't working- she did a thorough job of fixing it and explaining the repairs she made. Professional, friendly, and efficient! Great job!
