I lost heat on a Thursday night in January. I called Cool Heat KC the next morning and two employees were at my house within an hour and they had my heat back on shortly thereafter. Both employees were friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Cool Heat KC based on my overwhelmingly positive experience.

These guys are simply the best. I live in Lawrence Ks and picked them over anyone local for a reason. Been an incredible experience so far! Can’t wait to have the units fully installed. Line sets for an entire house got knocked out by Bo the master tech in something silly I wanna say under 3 hours. It was crazy. Dudes a machine.

First off thank you for fitting us in today when I called at 1 pm today I had went to many stores to find space heaters. I spoke with Nicole and the staff was super friendly and understanding. Thank you Eric G for the recommendation. Zach was out and had us all fixed up and set to go. We now have heat again. Thank you as we were preparing to go and find a hotel for the night. Thank you would recommend you all to our friends.
